HOLD HARMLESS: In requesting of any drain cleaning, sewer, cleaning or rooter services indicated. I understand that the condition of the drains and plumbing fixtures may be deteriorated by age, exposure to acid or other chemicals, or normal wear and tear. Therefore, in consideration of the services requested, I hereby release GEE'S DRAIN ROOTER SERVICE LLC, from any claims of property damage, including consequential damages, in connection with or arising out of the services requested, I further agree to indemnify and hold GEE'S DRAIN ROOTER SERVICE LLC, harmless against any such claims made by any third party.
