$150 LOYAL CUSTOMER'S SERVICE PLAN

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason we deem necessary at the time of the service request. 

• An Online Payment Fee will be charged if this invoice is paid online with options of payment made with Zelle or Cash App; no fee will apply.

• LOYAL CUSTOMER'S SERVICE  PLAN. A $150 SERVICE CHARGE WILL APPLY. This is to be paid in full before starting any job request. Non-refundable regardless of the outcome of work performed to clear the stoppage, as services rendered. A 30-day, $25 warranty is available upon request. 

• HOLD HARMLESS: In requesting any drain cleaning, sewer, cleaning or rooter services indicated. I understand that the condition of the drains and plumbing fixtures may be deteriorated by age, exposure to acid or other chemicals, or normal wear and tear. Therefore, in consideration of the services requested, I hereby release GEE'S DRAIN ROOTER SERVICE LLC, from any claims of property damage, including consequential damages, in connection with or arising out of the services requested, I further agree to indemnify and hold GEE'S DRAIN ROOTER SERVICE LLC, harmless against any such claims made by any third party.
