At GEE'S DRAIN ROOTER SERVICE LLC., our mission is to provide reliable, affordable, and top-quality drain cleaning services to all our customers with our $150 flat rate service. We know that a drain stoppage will occur at any time. Everyone deserves access to clean and functioning plumbing, and we're committed to making that a reality for our customers.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason we deem necessary at the time of the service request.

PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING SERVICE

An Online Payment Fee will apply if this invoice is paid by debit or credit card, with options of payment made with Zelle at: William Gee, 904-930-5577; no fee will apply.
LOYAL CUSTOMER'S SERVICE PLAN. A $150 SERVICE CHARGE WILL APPLY. This is to be paid in full before starting any job request. Non-refundable regardless of the outcome of work performed to clear the stoppage, as services rendered. A 30-day, $25 warranty is available upon request.
HOLD HARMLESS: In requesting any drain cleaning, sewer, cleaning or rooter services indicated. I understand that the condition of the drains and plumbing fixtures may be deteriorated by age, exposure to acid or other chemicals, or normal wear and tear. Therefore, in consideration of the services requested, I hereby release GEE'S DRAIN ROOTER SERVICE LLC, from any claims of property damage, including consequential damages, in connection with or arising out of the services requested, I further agree to indemnify and hold GEE'S DRAIN ROOTER SERVICE LLC, harmless against any such claims made by any third party.
