  We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason we deem necessary at the time of the service request.

• This plan covers any. 2-drains stoppages per service request. $75 for each additional drain exceeding the 2-drain maximum. Kitchen sink, laundry, bathroom sink, tub, shower, toilet, above-ground mainline drains or roof vent stoppages, etc. Does not include specialty services, or billed accounts.

• Membership is due after each month of covered membership. You pay no money up front. Membership start on the 1st of each month and end on the last day of each month. You will receive a $1.99 bill at the end of each billing month. All VIP memberships are auto billed for contenious service. Membership can be canceled at any time. Once canceled your service and plan will be terminated and normal service rates will apply. This is a one time offer only.

• HOLD HARMLESS: In requesting any drain cleaning, sewer cleaning, or rooter services, it is indicated. I understand that the condition of the drains and plumbing fixtures may have deteriorated by age, exposure to acid or other chemicals, or normal wear and tear. Therefore, in consideration of the services requested, I hereby release GEE'S DRAIN ROOTER SERVICE LLC, from any claims of property damage, including consequential damages, in connection with or arising out of the services requested, I further agree to indemnify and hold GEE'S DRAIN ROOTER SERVICE LLC, harmless against any such claims made by any third party.
